I’m a fitness coach and full-time working mom who loves to help others be fit, stay fit, and feel great about themselves.
I have been immersed in the Health and Wellness industry since 2001. I am an AEA Certified Aquatic Fitness Instructor, Arthritis Foundation Certified, Mad Dog Athletics Certified Spin Instructor, Healthways Certified, Peak Pilates Certified and Balanced Body Trained. I provide personal rehabilitation and personal training services. I became an Ambassador for the Aquatic Exercise Association in 2009.
In 2008, I lost 60 pounds and have maintained 50 to 55 pounds of that weight loss with daily healthy living strategies.
I have integrated good eating habits and exercise with amazing skin care. I am a Executive Consultant with Rodan + Fields, helping women to change their skin enabling them to change their lives.
